At 10.00 a.m. there was a Provincial Committee Conference. I presided. I proposed to suspend the work for the present as the Highest National Defense conference had a special committee to study the matter and they were in a much better position to do that kind of work than we were. Adopted letter from President Sun which approved of my proposal. Wrote to Ye Chucang and Zhu Jiahua telling them of the proposal and asked them to help.
