Zheng Bonong came from Chengdu. He is on his way to his new post at Maoming (Gaozhou) as the head of the Seventh Branch Court of the High Court. We talked over the good old days in Canton and Haikou. Less than half of my men from the Qiongzhou days survive. How things have changed.
