The Jap War Minister Tōjō Hideki (東條英機)[1] confessed to his Diet that “peace between Jap and China cannot be expected in the near future” because we [China] can receive assistance from the U.S.A. and Great Britain. The enemy must feel they are now worse off than us. Thank God, they have committed one error after another.
