He Chongshan (何崇善) called. I spoke to him about Zhao Bing (趙冰)[1]. Zhao Bing is a very good man but not smart enough. With society as it is now one can hardly afford to be stupid.

[1] Zhao Bing(1892-1964) was a lawyer who had studied in Britain. He was Cantonese.
