Ma Kejun had finished the draft of the proposal. I immediately amended it and then put it out for copying.

According to Reuter news, the German army has occupied Denmark and advanced to Norway. Norway has declared war on Germany. Northern Europe has not resorted to military action in the past 125 years, therefore people there have enjoyed peace and fortune for a long time. In the year before last[1] when I passed through Northern Europe I envied it as a beautiful and secluded place. Now it also swirled in havoc. Adolf Hitler’s ambition drives him to commit such crime. I just wonder if it is plagued by bad luck?
