Eighth day of the first lunar month

In the morning, the Mayor came to the hotel. We ate together and then he accompanied me to the airport. We took off at noon and at 2.00 we arrived at Tashkent and received a wireless, saying the weather was bad and we couldn’t land, so we returned to Alma-Ata. It was already 4.00. The Mayor and the diplomatic personnel came to the airport to meet me and I went back to the hotel.
