K.T. Ken heard that there is a possibility of the French Government recognizing the Beijing Government soon. I doubt it, but certainly both France and Italy are anxious to do business with Communist China. How can Dulles expect his partners to refuse dealing with a “common enemy” when his government is dealing with her and even ready himself to meet her Premier and Foreign Minister? Such is the mentality of the American! The Almighty Dollar can do no wrong!
