Invited to tea by Mrs. Fobes to meet Colonel Ellis at Sartrouville at four in the afternoon. Went there with Kitty, Ken and C.Y. After a short bargaining, I agreed to reduce the monthly rent to US$235 per month. Although getting US$40 less per month, I am glad to have the matter settled.

David Cheung moved into our old flat this morning.
