I read Michael Prawdin’s The Mongol Empire, which was quite interesting.

I wrote to Chen Ding, asking him to send the book about ballet to me.

Tomorrow morning, Zhongxiong and Zhiwei are scheduled to go to Jiayi and Pingdong to visit pineapple and bamboo shoot making factories, camphor goods factories, and so. I advised them about the main points they needed to ask during their visits.

Li Hongqiu (李鴻球) invited me for a banquet at his home. (14-1, Dehui Street, Section 3, Zhongshan North Road) Several people from the literary circle, as well as Mr and Mrs Ding Yuzhen, were also present. The evening ended early at 8:30 p.m.
