This morning was Memorial Week. I reported on the decree from our Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The ministry fears that Chinese diplomatic staff would refute the talks and articles from important Allied friends; this would put us at a disadvantage. We have been told not to comment as it could be harmful. This type of order is very reasonable.
