The Soviet newspapers published a letter by a Pole, L. Zelihovski, in London advocating that Poland should cooperate with the Soviet Union. He also said Germany has been Poland’s enemy for a long time. There was nothing special about the letter itself. The main point is that L. Zelihovski is Poland’s best-known anti-reactionary element. He led the army that occupied Vilna. Though Pilsudski has said that he agreed to it, what L. Zelihovski has done has been attacked by world public opinion. Therefore the Polish Government did not dare appoint him to take up any important post. It only selected him as a Congressman. Now L. Zelihovski has advocated this and the Soviet newspapers published it. It is worthwhile paying attention to this.

This morning, Attaché Hu visited Sevastopol under her title as reporter. She is very good at this kind of work.
