I received a letter from Sun Fo on 18 January, saying that he had met with Huang Qiang. Now his domestic matters have been settled, therefore he intends to live in my house in France between this spring and summer.  He suggested his terms; that he would pay for his share of the expenditure. He also asked me what items he should bring with him, which seems to me that he has decided to come to France. For some several decades past, he has treated me quite well. Upon hearing this, I was naturally quite happy, therefore I consulted with Kitty and asked him to come as soon as possible.

I learnt Spanish on my own.
