I studied Italian on my own.

As there was riot in Cairo the day before yesterday, therefore the Egyptian King dismissed the Egyptian Prime Minister, Mustafa el-Nahhas Pasha, and appointed Aly Maher Pasha to succeed. The British side was showing quite great hope for this.
