Fairly cool

Received from Jeannie that they are to remove to a new flat today, located at 207 Chevening Road, London, NW11 with two big rooms and bath and kitchen costing them only £18 a month. It is much cheaper than Paris.

Business at this restaurant is very good—over one hundred persons, so in the evening I had to spend a little time with Guo at a small café. He confided to me his hope to get the Pearl River. He seemed dissatisfied with Xie Baoqiao and said the latter had such an impossible temper. I am apt to agree with him.
