Eighth day of the second lunar month

At 1.00 in the afternoon the Polish Ambassador visited me. He said besides the boundary problem between the Soviet Union and Poland, there was also the problem of nationality. He faced many difficulties but it was getting a little better now.

In the evening, Ambassador Kerr invited me to have dinner.
