I received a letter from Sun Fo, saying they had decided to go on a tour to Southern France, Spain, Portugal, and so on, by the twentieth of this month, and the trip would last for two and a half months. They could return to Paris by the mid-June at the latest. They also decided that when they returned later on they would still live in Paris for a while, so as to lessen the burden for me and Kitty. I immediately replied that we could return home by the end of this month at the earliest.

In the evening, I went to a (cinema to) watch a movie. The main actor was an Italian, who sang quite well.
