Busy the whole morning packing. Fanny must have felt very badly when she saw me. From 3.00 to 5.00 in the afternoon meeting with Lin Bin (林彬) and Lou Tongsun (樓桐孫)[1] to discuss the foreign-related arbitration Committee work. Both urged me to take the chair at the first meeting.

[1] Lou Tongsun (1896-?) was a law expert who had studied in France. He went to Taiwan after 1949.
