At 5.30 in the afternoon I returned a visit from the Belgian Ambassador.

Yesterday the American planes which used China as the base bombarded. I also heard that Taku was also bombed. This movement could make our traitors in the northeast lose their trust in the Japanese army’s strength. This is also a good thing.
