I visited Ambassador Kerr in the morning and we talked about the transportation routes issue. He also thought that politics would affect the matter and he urged me to meet Minister Mikoyan. I had no choice but to report the actual situation to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In the evening we had a nice gathering with personnel in the Embassy.
