Fine

Today we took a rest. I went with Shaozhou by car to the second-hand shops. I noticed that the prices of their goods were cheaper than in Moscow, and there were many goods. Shaozhou bought a painting of a beauty by C. Makowsky for me. Makowsky was a very famous Russian painter who specialised in portraits.  This painting was his work in France. What he painted was a French beauty and his signature was also in French. But the painting was so nice that it was undoubtedly work by Makowsky. I originally wanted to buy it myself, but I hadn’t made up my mind. I felt very gratified that Shaozhou bought it for 3,000 rubles and gave it to me.
