Rain

In the morning Daichu asked me what happened with my meeting with Foreign Minister Molotov last night. I certainly could not answer him. This was enough to see he is not intelligent enough. He shouldn’t ask his senior about this type of information. Recently the so-called new diplomatic people haven’t focused their energy on doing research, do not know the etiquette towards seniors, and do not have much discipline. I felt pity for the future of the prospect of our diplomacy.
