Harry Schwartz published an article in New York Times with regard to the Soviet economic assistance to CCP. He said the amount was not very much. Last year Bulganin and Khrushchev went to China to deal with the matter, but the amount was increased by USD200000000. The students sent by CCP to study in Soviet Union were only 1300 people.
