Yin Kenhuo (尹肯穫) and his wife went to Alma-Ata to take up the post of Consul. The Consulate is very important, and he is very honest, so I tried my best to recommend him for the post, although I doubted whether he was capable enough of taking it. So when he came to say farewell I told him to work harder and study more in his spare time.
