At 5.00 in the afternoon, I went to the Soviet Ministry of Foreign Affairs with Counsellor Liu to see Vice Minister Solomon Abramovich Lozovshy. I congratulated him on the Red Army’s recent victory and thanked him for his kindness throughout the journey. I expressed my wish to go to Moscow to present my credentials as soon as possible, and that I would go with Wu Zexiang. He was friendly, and told me he had been to China in l927 and went to Canton and Shanghai and so on. I sent a telegram to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
