Twentieth day of the second lunar month

At 11.00 a.m. I visited Consulor Doorman. According to him everything they needed was sent from the United States. When he was back in the United States he could help send us what we needed here.

At 1.00 the Belgian Embassy Minister, Robert van de Kerchove d’Hallebast, visited me.

At 4.00, The Iranian Ambassador returned a visit to me.

At 5.00, The Australian Minister William Slater visited me and he was the Head of Congress in Australia. After he came here he found that his work was not going as well as he thought, and he was very depressed. He has found himself in bad health and thought of going to Eygpt to see a doctor. He may not come back.
