From 9.00 until noon the examination meeting for the Political Panel. At 12.30 I was invited to lunch by the Generalissimo. I was really embarrassed to find myself the principal guest. Although I sat next to him I spoke very little. He asked about my work and we spoke of C.H. Wu’s Bible translation. From 3.00 to 7.00 the Central Executive Committee meeting. Reports only.
