Hu came and talked for a long time. She has researched deeply into the Soviet economy. I urged her to carry out more systematic research, to report on a monthly basis and forward this to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the future it could be compiled into books. She could also ask Counsellor Liu to give her guidance from time to time. She thought the suggestions were good and that she would be able to achieve something in the future.
