Marshall made his final report yesterday.  He said if American planes bombard the Northeast, according to the Sino-Soviet Alliance, the Soviet side will be obliged to join the war so as to avoid others and vassal states viewing the Alliance as unreliable. He also said that the failure of the Kuomintang was the fault of Chiang Kai-shek. So, we could see his prejudice is so deep. Also, the Sanction Committee of the General Assembly of the United Nations has passed the motion that the United States will impose an embargo of military products to the CCP.  The vote passed by eleven votes to zero (Egypt abstained from voting). Though Britain and France disagreed in their hearts, they could only vote to support.
