Dull

Today Finland announced that it could not accept the conditions of war offered by the Soviet Union, and the Soviet Union also made the same announcement, but the wordings of both sides were quite mild. Possibly it is not completely hopeless.

Yesterday the German army occupied Hungary. I heard that it was under German instruction that Hungarians should be mobilised to help Germany and give all the transportation means to Germany.
