Ehrenburg, and Korneichuk, suggested at the Administrative Committee of the World Peace Conference in East Germany, that leaders of Britain, the United States, France, the Soviet Union and China should meet to solve international issues, and build up new and mutually beneficial relations. That they have expressed such opinions must certainly be the opinion from Soviet authority. Probably the Soviet side also thinks that the mutual conflicts are increasingly acute so that it has to find ways to alleviate the tension. This is the same as I expected.
