I received a phone call from Hancao, asking me for lunch with Junbi for farewell. After lunch I wrote several introductory notes for Junbi. Guan Songsheng was there at the lunch.

Bo Daoming invited us for a banquet at his home. Tang Zong and his wife were present. After dinner, Guo Dequan talked about the matter of the two girls.(11) I replied that I had written to my friends in Hong Kong to take care of them.

Commissioner Sun Dangyue came with his wife. I talked with him about the matter of Huang Yuguang. He agreed to help.

I wrote to Mrs. Urwin with regard to the matter of the two girls.
