1. Plans for developing the H-bomb are being considered in Washington.  President Truman ordered a study.  Principle reverse of present 15 million degrees centigrade; will use present atom bomb to generate this heat.
2. French government told USSR that relations between the two countries will be greatly affected by the recognition of USSR to Ho Chi Min’s government.
3. Soviet and Peking governments agreed to: Declaration by Xinjiang’s provincial leader that the province is part of China. He is now in Moscow with Mao.
