The government of Norway declares that presently it is in possession of four divisions of troops which add up to five hundred thousand persons in total. The government is planning to increase this by one third within two years. The government also said that it has no intention to allow its bases to be used by any other country unless Norway is attacked. From this we can know what the Norwegian government’s policy is.
