I received a letter from Kitty with regard to matters of the restaurant and Jeannie. She seemed to be unwilling to leave in Paris alone for too long. She also instructed that I should not ask Zhongxiong to return to France. I immediately replied to her, telling her of our latest situation in Taiwan. I also attached my letters to Huang Yuguang and Lin Yong.

In the past few days Zhongxiong has talked with Liu Shida and Hu Baihua. Hu raised his opinion on several points. I immediately wrote to Shaohua and explained to him the details.

I wrote to Chengzhi with regard to cooperation with Khóo Péng as the agent of Mitsubishi, Mitsui, and so on, in North Africa.

At 9:00 in the evening I went with Zhongxiong to see the ballet class of Taiwan movie star, Lin Cuihua Zhiwei. I stayed and chatted with her for a short while. She gave me a photo.
