本資料庫有「查詢」及「瀏覽」兩大功能，其中「搜尋」又可分為整合查詢及個別查詢，茲分述於下：
1.整合查詢：
可查詢所有資料庫的全部欄位，只要下圖紅色區域的輸入框中，輸入要搜尋的文字，按下「開始查詢」即可進行搜尋。綠色區域是搜尋範圍，可自由調整，預設為全選。
The database has two main functions: Search and Browse. Search can be divided into Integration Search and Individual Search:
Integration Search
You can access to full fields of all the databases. Enter the keywords in red input bracket below. Press the Run Search. Green area means search range, you are free to adjust the setting which selects all by default.
2.個別查詢：
可於下圖藍色區域選擇要搜尋的資料庫，進入個別資料庫的搜尋頁面。頁面中紅色區域的輸入框，可搜尋這個資料庫中的全部欄位，下方紫色區塊則可依欄位進行個別搜尋。
Individual Search
Access to Individual Database Search Page underneath the blue area. Red input bracket below, you can find the full fields of the specified database. Purple area provides individual search by fields.
3.瀏覽：
本資料庫提供兩種瀏覽方式：「職位」與「姓名」，瀏覽種類可於下圖棕色框處進行切換，瀏覽項目按筆劃排列。
Browse
The database has two methods to browse: Post and Rank and Name. You can switch the brown taps below, items sorted in alphabetical order.
