章繩以（1890-1969），女，字君度，江蘇江陰人。

1905年，赴無錫競志學校小學部求學。

1908年，回江陰輔延女子補習學校就讀。

1909年，考入國立北京女子高等師範學校。加入中國同盟會。

1912年，畢業後，應陳嘉庚之聘，赴印尼巴達維亞，任印尼中華華僑女子中學教師、校長達六年。

1920年至1921年，在福建省立厦門女子師範學校任教。

1928年12月，宋慶齡等九人在南京籌設國民革命軍遺族學校，任籌備處主任。

1929年4月開學，宋慶齡任校長，章任教務主任。

1933年，任省立蘇州女子師範學校校長，兼無錫競志女中名譽校長。

1935年，應邀任江蘇省立教育學院勞作師資科主任。

抗日戰争爆發後，隨校遷居桂林，歷任省立廣西大學、國立貴州大學、國立女子師範學院講師、副教授。抗戰勝利後，晉升為教授，兼任中國社會教育研究實驗事業委員會委員。

1946年11月，當選為制憲國民大會代表。1948年，撰文呼籲停止内戰，其後，又拒絶赴臺灣。

1949年4月後，被委任為無錫競志女子中學校長。

1969年逝世。終年79歲。著有《家政學概論》。
