主題資料庫目前收錄了：英華字典、近代春秋TIS系統、近現代人物資訊整合系統、清代糧價資料庫、清代奏摺檔案、近代城市小報、近代婦女期刊、近代史料全文資料庫、近代商號資料庫、近代中國海關資料平台、近代歷史照片資料庫。
其中清代奏摺檔案、近代城市小報提供目錄瀏覽及檢索，欲瀏覽原書影像，請親至本所郭廷以圖書館2樓資訊檢索區。
使用者只要線上填寫主題帳號申請表，取得認證信函後，就可登入，同時使用這些主題資料庫。每次申請可得一年使用權限，期滿需重新認證email信箱。國內團體欲申請團體帳號，請聯絡我們。

Currently, the following databases are available: English-Chinese Dictionary, the Modern Annals TIS system, The Integrated Information System on Modern and Contemporary Characters, Qing Dynasty Grain Price Database, Qing Dynasty Memorial Archives, Modern Urban Tabloid Database, Modern Women Journal Database, Modern Historical Book Compilation Full-text Database, Firms in Modern China Database, Databases of Chinese Maritime Customs, and the database of Modern History Photos.
Users can log in and use these topics databases by filling out the topics account application form online and obtaining an authentication letter. Each application is valid for one year and requires re-authentication of the email address at the end of that period. For groups in Taiwan, please contact us to request a group account.

胡適檔案有「目錄檢索系統」及「影像檢索系統」兩個入口。目錄檢索系統開放線上查詢，不需申請；如欲使用影像檢索系統瀏覽原件，則須先行申請，請參閱胡適紀念館網頁說明。

The Hu Shih Archive has two portals, the Catalogue Search System and the Image Search System. The Catalog Search System is available online and does not require an application; if you wish to use the Image Search System to view the originals, you must first apply. please see the homepage of the Hu Shih Memorial Hall.
